Default Jay Abraham and Newsletters

Back in the 1990's Jay Abraham published Business Breathroughs. This newsletter had a LOT of good information of marketing for business owners.

I don't remember the price, but I think it was very reasonable.

With all the information available today, anyone could find plenty of stuff to help them build a business.

I got to thinking whether or not taking the time to research trends and info for local businesses would be viable for a local newsletter.

Ben Settle has a good print newsletter specifically geared for businesses using email to market their wares... so a print newsletter does work for the right market.

The question is, could a print newsletter work for local businesses?

I seem to remember that when you went to the Jay Abraham seminars, you showed a copy of a newsletter to prospects and sold a TON of business owners because of the quality of the content. With that in mind, I can see making a gangbuster "sample" newsletter to show printers to impress them on the quality of the information they would be gifting their customers. With the printers producing the newsletters... formatting....printing, et al. ... all that is needed is providing the content... This could truly be a win-win for everybody.
