Default He's DONE IT AGAIN, how Charles Prosper keeps on keeping on...

You know about Charles Prosper...right?

The BALLOON BARON...

He was one of my early mentors on the Internet. I listened because Melvin Powers told me to. And when Melvin talks, I LISTEN.

Well, here it is a millennium later, and Charles has grown, and grown, and grown.

He's like a ballon that just keeps expanding.

So what's he added?

A BUY/SELL forum.

If you want to LEARN about Niche Marketing. If you want to see an Integrated Web Site...

One that covers the LADDER OF PROSPERITY that I wrote about in BYBA...

Go and study Charles' site.

www.prosperballoons. com and give it a chance to load,

I'll tell you why it is so graphic heavy later...

hint...it is on purpose.

Congratulations Charles Prosper and Thanks for showing Me (US) the way.

Default Oh yea, he's also got an AUCTION thing going too!

Friends in business. Friends in marketing. Friends in Internet know how.

You want a good model? I've given you one of the best.

Everyone TALKS about niche markets. And how to capture a niche.

The secret on-line is to become a PORTAL as we talked about in a lower post.

Prosper Balloons is a PORTAL. He "owns" the balloon market. He "promotes" his competition, and invites you to inspect their offers.

He does it all. It hasn't happened overnight of course. But if you have a desire to build a lasting business on the Internet, learn from those people that are doing it.

Too many GURUS, not enough DOrus. Charles is a DOER. One that you can emulate.

Even if your business is floor tiling. Or automotive parts. Or health food.

Study the sites that are working.

Dien, CP is the type of site I hope someday you will have here. A GREAT site, and a PROFITABLE one too.

Default Thank you Gordon and Charles Prosper....

Hi Gordon,

Thanks for the advice - not only for me, but also for all of US!

What you are sharing with us are like scattered gemstones, glistening among the pebbles and rocks. By picking up these gemstones and making them our own, we too can reach prosperity and success....

I admire Charles Prosper - he's a true "rags to riches" success story. (I read the incredible story on his web site, from Entrepreneur magazine....)

Thank you very much Gordon for showing us what a great example he is. :)

And Charles Prosper -- if you happen to read this - I hope that your success continues to grow and grow…. :)

And for all of us reading this - myself included -- I hope we can all learn from these great role-models and find abundant success too!

Dear Dien,

Thanks for all of the attention. It's quite overwhelming!

I would like to share something with you and any or everyone who cares to listen. It's not that difficult to become abundantly successful in any or every endeaver that you undertake. I can summarize it all in knowing one secret question that you must ask yourself everyday, and ask yourself with notepad and pencil:

The Magic Question of All Success

"How can I increase my service a little more this day to the people whom I serve?"

The answers that you write down are the alchemy of money, success and prosperity. You see, most people ask themselves, "What business can I choose that will make me the most money?", instead of "What business will I enjoy the most?" It is not the money but rather the giving of your service that is the part of the business that you truly enjoy the most because if you are truly enjoying a business, you are using God-given talents that are uniquely yours that infuse every part of you with unlimited joy and excitement. Painters love to paint. Computer programmers like to program. A gardener likes to garden. A writer likes to write. What do you love to do?

When you look for a business, look for what's closest to your heart. What could you see yourself doing into the wee hours of the night because you just enjoy doing it SO much until it woould be hard to stop. Combine this passion with a passion to serve and enrich others with your skill, and money will flow to you in amounts that will swell your pockets and burst them at the seams.

One other thing, those who are passionate about something no longer see things as success or "failure" but rather as learning experiences and "let's-try-this-one-another-way".

Hope this helps.

With warmest regards,

Charles Prosper

P.S. If you really want to do something, you'll find a way. If you don't, you'll find an excuse.

Default Re: The One Secret Question That, When Asked, Will 100% Guarantee Your Success in EVERY Business!

Dear Charles,

I am so grateful to you for sharing your secret question with all of us here. I picture us all sitting around a large round table....sipping cups of coffee, maybe iced tea or something. Clipboards in hand....and your words ring so true to what I aim to do in my life and my business:

> The Magic Question of All Success

> "How can I increase my service a little
> more this day to the people whom I

Excellent way to frame your day! In fact, I think I will make a mind map with that very question on it to close my day today....

Another comment of yours I completely enjoyed:

> One other thing, those who are passionate
> about something no longer see things as
> success or "failure" but rather as
> learning experiences and
> "let's-try-this-one-another-way".

Another thing we passionate souls find in every experience is a story....and I just so happen to have a story right here, in my back pocket....its a fairy tale of sorts, and one significant name has been changed....
Once upon a time there was a little girl named Laura. This little
girl enjoyed playing with her dolls, her many friends, and caring
for others with her big loving heart which stretched far beyond
the little girl's physical body.

Laura always had a little recording in the back of her head, that
she was at risk. She was on alert that she and her brother might
be "sent away" to one of "those places" where they send children
who have a problem. Yes, her brother looked sort of different
from other kids. And he could not do as much as her friend's little
brothers and sisters, but why should that mean he would get sent
away? Surely if HE could get sent away, then LAURA could get
sent away too. At any time.

Laura learned never to expect anything. Be grateful for everything,
the bags of hand me down clothes, the occasional hug or pat on
the head. She became the teacher's pet, the child in the family all
the neighbors welcomed into their homes. Laura always received
the most Christmas and Valentine Cards in the class. She was
always on the party invitation list.

On Christmas morning when Laura was 8 years old, she ran down
to the Christmas tree with her four brothers and sister. She knew
her spot and she was excited! Her Granny was visiting from
California, there was snow on the ground, life was grand! She
literally flew past shiny bicycle for her sister and began
unwrapping her gifts, gleefully hoping to find another doll to love.

Her Mommy tapped her on the shoulder.

"Laura? What do you think of your bicycle?"

Laura smiled, and turned towards her gifts. "Oh, that bicycle is
for Sue." She turned back to her Mom. "Isn't it?" Laura simply
assumed anything new and shiny and expensive would not and
could not be for her. It must be for her older (and she always
thought prettier, more popular and better liked) sister. She was
not upset nor resentful nor wanting what her sister had, as she
chose to be content with whatever she received without expectations.

Her Mommy's eyes were shiny as she shook her head. "No, Laura,
look, it has your name on it. The new bicycle is for you."

The packages remained unopened and little Laura realized that
yes, she could expect wonderful gifts. She did not have to feel
constant worry of impending doom. She was deserving of the bright
and shiny and new and expensive gifts. She got a greater gift,
though, in that she could recognize the wonderfulness of the less
bright and less shiny and used and inexpensive gifts. She could
see the pricelessness of what others would see as tragedy or
inopportunity.

Many Christmases, Graduations, Weddings and Funerals later,
Laura opened the greatest gift of all. It is the Gift that all the
gifts work together, in a glorious orchestra of opportunities that
life unfolds before us. She could have gifts that were not bright
and shiny and new that can be perfectly functional. She could
also receive extraordinarily expensive and extravagant gifts that
make her giggle, and allow the giver to feel like royalty. Finally,
when a Gift that has the outward appearance of tragedy, she can
choose to experience the tragedy through the lense of Victory
rather than Victimhood by making the choice to learn and grow
and completely embrace the gift as it is given.

These three were not mutually exclusive, Laura realized. They
were meant to be played as a collective, exuberant, fantastic
symphony. Beyond written or verbal comprehension.

All Laura needed to do was to open her arms and allow herself to
receive the gifts. And that is all that you need to do as well.
Open YOUR arms and receive YOUR gifts. They are out there,
awaiting your invitation. Simply be ready. They are eagerly
anticipating your request.

Have a Gift filled evening everyone!

With Purpose and Passion,

JULIE

Default Thanks, Charles, for the Secret Question!

Thank you, Charles, for sharing the Secret Question....

I feel like I've just stumbled upon the long-lost map to the buried treasure!

I'll put your advice into practice immediately, and start thinking about this question and making a list…. :)

Also, I value your advice on doing what is close to your heart. I know that succeeding in business can be hard work - but it's not so hard to put in the time if you love what you are doing.

It's people like you and Gordon who I have great admiration for - who succeed through passion and persistence and service.

I still have a lot to learn, but I am grateful that there are people like you and Gordon for people like me (and many others) to look towards as a good example. :)

And I meant what I said -- I hope that your success just grows and grows more and more. :)

Thanks, :)

Dien Rice
