That poem was a long time in the making....I kept wanting to write a poem for Sam but like fine wine, it took a while to be just right....

And this love for him is different...as the love for ALL my children is so different!

Hi Dien!

Yes, Sam has my eyes...all my kids have the same eyes...its quite fascinating to see it. In fact, Emma and Sam look quite a bit alike, and my niece Brittany looks like me as well, so the three of them all are quite similar.

Katherine has ONLY my eyes, the rest is almost 100% her Dad.

Sam looks like my father...which is sooooo cool, because my Dad looks just like HIS Dad. Its like four generations looking a like...warms my heart!
