![]() after reading the art of leverage i meandered down
to a hotel that has meeting rooms...a room big enough to seat 150 people is only 75...for up to 12 hours...two days...150. 150 people x $100... well, you do the math...they have a few smaller rooms for 50... now these are ridiculously low prices...they must be hurting... i'm meeting with my mastermind group tommorrow morning to see if we can pull this off in 10 days. |

![]() Hi Joe,
That's a fantastic idea.... Thanks for pointing this out. With such great prices for venues, this could be a great time to put on a class or even an event.... It could be a good time to make a profit by teaching others - even if you don't have the teaching skills yourself, by doing what Michael Ross suggests in "The Art of Leverage"! Thanks for pointing that out.... I realized that travel prices have gone down, but I didn't realize the effect on hotels, which could make them great teaching venues. I'm going to check out the prices here where I am too.... Thanks Joe! - Dien Rice Click here to find out more about Michael Ross's "The Art of Leverage" |

![]() Another thing is that by doing this - by organizing a class or event - you'll also be helping businesses which have been hurt....
Hotels are looking for business. Setting up a class or event, and booking a hotel function room as a venue, can help these businesses which have been hurt the most.... It's win/win. - Dien |
