How to start an affiliate program?

How is the best way to keep track of people who want to sell my ebook for me? For example, Olivia, who has 5 "Boy Band fan club" sites, gets a commission for every Make Up Tips ebook I sell, as a result of her referrals.

I have 1 or 2 other people interested in doing the same thing with my e-book. It's not too hard keeping track of one "affiliate", but two or three or more?

Is there a CHEAP, EASY way too do this? (Sorry to keep harping on "cheap" and "easy", but my pocket-book and brain size won't allow for anything else yet!)

Someone on another forum suggested I look into MTracker

It's free, but the person that suggested it hasn't actually used it. Does anyone know about this affiliate tracker and if it's any good?
