Default Attitude and Your Health

I recently came across a website that has very interesting information about attitude. The premise is that attitude can be more important than other lifestyle factors such as diet and exercise.

The website is run by Thomas R. Blakeslee, author of "The Attitude Factor". There are 2 tests available online, and after taking them, you receive an evaluation. If you supply an E-Mail address, a year's worth of free followup advice is given tailored to your profile.

I just got the book from Amazon and so far, it's an interesting read.
