Does anyone know a good place where you can sell registered domains you own?

Ofshore services

Ebay is your best bet. There are lots of other places but they overprice domain names and no one bothers to go there.

Much better if you can build a site on it and then sell it. You'll get a better offer and it's quicker to sell too.
