Default Heavy hitters "Cash E-volution" program heavily hit...

There was some talk in this forum about Cash Evolution some months back... which was being promoted by some heavy hitters in the online marketing scene. If you've not heard, it went the way of the dotbombs and petitioned for voluntary liquidation recently.

The site - is now using the same model to promote a marketing education service... One can't help but wonder how long this one will last - given the same promoters, same business model.

Default Well well well... I wonder if...

Those "names" who promoted it will also be apologising to their subscribers and customers who bought based on their recommendation.

If anyone does get an apology, please post it here for all of us to see (I don't think we'll be seeing anything).

The interesting thing about the article is the estimated number of people who have moved over to the other pyramid scheme... 4,000.

Does that mean of the 12,900 subscribers Cash Evolution had, about one third of them were morons?

I mean. They must be. What normal person would sink money into something, never get anything for their money, be informed they may need to pay more because the company they gave money to is now bankrupt, and then join up with the same company under a different name?

Hmmm.

Thanks for linking to the article.

Default Be Prepared....

For some sometimes "nasty" reactions from the CE folks!...This subject came up on the board I moderate a few days ago and I finally had to delete 2 whole threads because it degenerated into "name calling" and vicious personal attacks on a person who simply asked what was up with CE now...Of course, there were all kinds of "excuses" why CE went belly up but nobody admitted that maybe joining CE was not exactly their smartest move...I am always amazed at the reactions when people are proven wrong...

Default Only one perfect person has ever existed

Hi,

Only one perfect person has ever existed in the history of the world--me. (Just kidding.)

Actually though my philosophy is tell the truth and let the chips fall where they may, even if that truth shows I made a mistake or shows that I'm an imperfect human being. I avoid and don't trust people who act like they can do no wrong--they're either lying or seriously deluded, or just plain a-holes.

Best,

- Boyd
