![]() Here's a great archive of old (and classic) ads... Called Ad*Access...
http://library.duke.edu/digitalcollections/adaccess/ By the way, here's an interesting ad I found while browsing through the collection... (Click on the image below to get a larger image...) ![]() http://library.duke.edu/digitalcolle...s.BH1324/pg.1/ It uses Bob Hope and Doris Day (as cartoon images) to promote a "lapel locket"... What's interesting is... If you look at the top of the coupon, it says "Mail to BOB HOPE P.O. Box 327, New York 8, New York" It gives the impression that Bob Hope himself will actually be processing your order! (I wonder if that helped to increase response? Either that, or Bob Hope had a slow year at the movies that year...! ![]() Anyway, have a browse through the archive... There's some fascinating stuff there! ![]() - Dien P.S.
