Hi,

The two statements conflict. Are you looking for people who are about to buy their first home or for people who have just puchased a home even if they're not first time buyers? Two different critters. :o)

Why not go to a good offline list broker?

Another source would be the local court house under title applications, zoning change requests, and other related topics. Some of this information can be found online.

Put a flyer/gift in the local welcome wagon basket or newcomer packets through the local chamber of commerce and pick up leads that way.

Run classified ads in the local shoppers and smaller papers in various areas. Run online ads in ezines targeted to home-related topics or financial (non-stock related) topics.

The possibilities are endless and include contacts in real estate, mortgage companies etc.

Hope this is some help.

Sandi
