![]() That was a great post, thanks for sharing it. :-)
For me, waking up means stopping focusing so much on myself, and put my focus more on my children and husband. Part of doing this of course involves my being healthy, so I exercise everyday, and take my vitamins. I also make sure my family gets exercise, vitamins, and that we all eat well. Furthermore, I help make money, that's always a good one. :-) Every so often I sit down a make a list of all of the things I want to accomplish, long term and short term. For example, one of my short terms is to re-model the guest room. I'm currently working on that. One of my long terms is to correct my myopic vision naturally. It's working, but slowly. Set goals for your e-biz, your family, your health, and anything else that's important to you, and enjoy a full life. :) How to make a Genuine Profit while helping others... |

Perhaps the more pertinent question isn't whether we are awake or not but why we may choose to be less than fully alert. Sometimes life is too painful if we're really awake and aware. Sometimes the sheer joy and beauty is almost more than we can bear. If someone needs to be told to 'wake up' perhaps they should instead be asked where they'd rather be or what they'd rather be doing. If something fascinates you, you don't need to be told to wake up...you're 'all ears' and rarin' to go full speed ahead. On the other hand...yawn... Sandi |
