Default Please forgive I wrote this in a number of forums with never a answer

I have two great books by John Caples and Victor O Schwab. They both have this provactive headlines in the book but no ad to go with it: "How I Made a Fortune With a 'fool' idea"

I am looking for the original ad. Please help me. I don't even know who wrote this advertisement. Someone wanted to find it for me for $150 that is too much. I can give you a book from my shopping cart anyone you want if you find it for me. The book will be FREE to you if you can find it. Thanks for any help in this matter.

Okay, Joe.

I've done the bulk of the work for you. It's doubtful that you'll find a copy of the ad, but it was most likely place in either (or both) the Saturday Evening Post, or Collier's magazine back in the late 20's.

The ENTIRE headline is: The First Hundred Million... How I made a fortune with a "Fool" idea.

It is from one of E. Haldeman-Julius Little Blue Books published around 1927.

He sold 20,700,000 of the series in 1927 at a whopping 5¢ a copy.
