Hey, Gordon! I well remember some great (and expensive!) times at the "Top of the I" at the Illikai while passing thru Honolulu in the late '70's enroute to WestPac! If you were there in 1977, perhaps I sampled your cooking!

I think Mel's suggestions are excellent as well - any stored value locked away in those recipes?
