Kraft Heinz. 5% of their workforce, is the BEGINNING. An estimated 7500 could lose their jobs with this consolidation.

6 month minimum severance. MANY will be seeking opportunity now that the security rug has been yanked from beneath their feet.

Some will retire. Most will seek work or OPPORTUNITY.

Can you help them?

This is news because of the numbers, but everyday, right down on Main Street, 7 people lose their jobs. Times 100 cities, times 365 days a year.

The Kraft people will get all kinds of help, but will YOU be one of the people helping them?

I already have heard from a "cheese" dept. person in Chi Town who wants to do postcards. IF she is willing to call on small businesses, she won't lack for the opportunity to replace her significant salary and benefits package, but she has a certain excitement, albeit, a nervous excitement, but she is chomping at the bit to "get out there" and discover a world that isn't all about cheese.

Although, I am going to work with her on some Cheesy Little Specialty Reports which could immediately add to her bank account.

Sometimes I hear from people... "I can't write!"

Some people are self-conscious about their grammar... or their spelling... or just maybe how they phrase things...

But can they talk?

Everyone I've met who says they can't write... can talk.

If you can "talk," you can write.

Now, record yourself talking on a topic!

When I write an article this way (and I've done it many times), I usually write down an outline of what I want to say first, then I talk, using the outline as a broad guide.

Okay, you've got a recording. Go to Fiverr, and find someone who will transcribe it for you...

Once you have the transcription of your words, you'll probably find it needs some editing, to make it "flow" better. If you don't want to edit it yourself, you can find someone to do that, too...

Once you have the edited version... you've "written" something!

The great thing is, you don't have to "write" in order to "write!" And if you get the right people to help, it will have perfect spelling and grammar, even if your own spelling and grammar are not your strongest skills!

You can create whole books this way...

The late best-selling author Sidney Sheldon dictated everything he wrote. He hired someone to write down everything he said when he was writing a novel or a script - but we can do the exact same thing, much more cheaply, using modern technology...

So... there really are no excuses...!

Fiverr's audio transcription offers are good - I've used them before at a fraction of the cost of regular services. I prefer to use someone in a "first world" country - an Australian I used only stumbled on a few local town names but was otherwise word perfect.

Another option is to train the built-in speech recoginition in Windows.

It's been there since XP but (even by Microsoft standards) isn't perfect, so they don't brag about it. But it works OK if you're the kind of person who likes to do dictation.
