![]() Met a guy today who has been doing ponds for 20 years, gets between 7500 to 25,000 per job. Makes 5 to 10 a week building backyard ponds.
I think I'll interview him and maybe make a special report. Who is doing this in your neck of the woods and are they making moolah? One thing, never underestimate what the affluent will spend on their backyard sanctuaries. He has "kids" to carry the rocks, and he is insured too. But one of many fly low opportunities for those not afraid of working. GordonJ |

![]() Retreats, in the backyard, heavily hidden with evergreens, often a gazebo with fire pit, and with sound barriers too...are being built by the affluent. Another big ticket item doing well is the driveway/garage floor covering guys, here is one locally http://www.encoregarageohio.com/epox...FQ8yaQodkiMBjw Again, these types of businesses have a target market which can afford them, not many Koi ponds in "Old Cuyahoga Falls" (where a quarter acre lot is the norm) but in New CF, where there are 2 to 5 acre "estates", there is a huge demand, I'm sure every area has some "new" money estates being built.
