Dien and Gordon are flooding this forum w/great biz opp ideas. I know I appreciate their efforts. Some don't need money, some do. A natural in the scheme of business, right?

Yes, I am associated w/The Funding Group and yes, I do promote it. But, and this is a big BUT, you can do this yourself w/o paying any fees. You simply do your research and bingo the money is in the bank.

BTW, I used this idea in the 90's to buy real estate. Me and my partner pooled our credit card cash and then bought and sold. If you like a thrill this is it.
