![]() I posted a while back about my country video and am having some success as far as interest is concerned. I have decided to reformat to DVD and add some bonuses to the package. I will be offering a newsletter as a bonus for buyers. Any other ideas for bonuses?

![]() Maybe pickup a part of the country where someone might want to "get back to the country" and list some examples of properties for sale .. in my case I would be interested in an area that has rivers and/or lakes ... I would think the research could be done on the net .. bonus or
newsletter component. Just some thoughts ... |

![]() Millard:
Instead of offering a newsletter as a bonus to people who buy the DVD/Video, offer the DVD/Video as a bonus to people who subscribe to your newsletter. The perceived value of the DVD/Video is higher than the perceived value of the newsletter. Michael Ross |

![]() If your only marketing was/is going to be releases, then you most likely will not be talking about a "package" with bonus items. You will be mentioning a single product only.
Why not have a release for the Newsletter and a different release for the Video. Test them against each other. Or have the Video/Newsletter as the product - no bonuses, they both combine to form the product. On the other hand, if you're going to do classads - "If you're thinking of moving to the country, you should be reading The City To Country Newsletter. Call 555-5555 for a free sample." - then people who call will call for the newsletter. The salesletter then mentions the video as a bonus. Michael Ross P.S. If you want to have your own successful part-time or full-time business, then you should be reading The Great Ideas Letter. Click here for details. |
