that has communicated to me on this board and other boards, as well as those that have communicated to me via email, regarding the NuggetHomes project I am launching January 1st.

I appreciate your help, observations, and insights.

You will never know how much you have helped SoftNuggets and I don't know of any way I can explain to you how it has helped.

Just wondering if you have tested the
concept that you are marketing on
your site? Have it tried it on a local
basis?

I find your concept rather interesting
and something that could work, but as
you know the market is the true test.

A suggestion is to perhaps include
details of a test case. Of course
you can put the usual caveats that
results will differ due to market
and effort expended.
