Default I agree. That is why when I write an ebook...

it is on a subject such as how to write an ebook in as little as 15 minutes - start to finish... or How to design an ebook cover using PSP - templates included... or the top 64 questions about US copyright law...

Each of these subjects is NOT how to get rich doing XYZ. The have substance. They work the buyer through a scenerio and give them an end product, not some vague assurances that things can happen if the magic 8 ball says so.

I will agree, though that higher education teaches you how to think critically and shows you how to shortcut some of the problems that could seem insurmountable without the education.

Default Re: Michael, are you trying to make me drop out of school?

Eric -

You, my friend, are going to do well whatever you do.

With the brain and communication skills you possess, you are going to find your way quite nicely in this world.

I'd bet on you anyday, whether you finish school or not!

Default Re: It's sorta the same off-line...

John,

Great example of people who just don't appreciate the value of a sound marketing plan, let alone the person who develops it for them. I hope all your work & ideas were legally well-protected.

I must admit, I can see the difficulty in selling a "solar system". Zoning laws are ridiculous, and the cost of insurance against meteor showers & gravitational fluxes alone is just, well... astronomical. 8^}

Default Sometimes a low-ball offer seems kid of high.

At 100.00 of the 900.00 (approximate profit) I think you asked too little, therefore they figured you were asking too much. As Jay Abraham says, "When I gave my information and ideas away for free, no one acted on it. But at $3000 per hour everyone sees credibility." Jay also gets 25% of any profits.
