Real estate investors...Does anyone know how to...

locate hard money lenders on the internet or locally. I'm looking for lenders that loan money based on the equity in the property, not full documentation loans. If you know any sources, can you share them with me.

There are a lot out there Sam,
You can start by looking at your local news paper under Money To Lend or Real Estate Investors classified area. HML's sometime post there as well.

It might help to know where you are located, I may be able to find someone for you. There are a couple of Real Estate Bords I post that may be able to help.

Terry got you started in the right direction. One of the boards that has a listing of hard money lenders is creonline.com. Another is camerondirect.com. (You may see some cross-over.)
