Default Fixya.com - a new free tech support saver!
I am traveling in Thailand, a few days ago the most horrible thing for a traveler happened. My camera broke, it showed a weird error err99 message and I just didn't know what to do. I went to the local electronic store and the Thai guy told me it is going to take 2 weeks to fix it. My trip is for only 20 days...

I went online and ask everybody I know for help. Then a friend of mine showed me a tech support site that actually help you deal with this issues, Fix it yourself kinda forum, and it had a small thread about my problem. I googled it some more and saw that it is one of the most common error a Canon camera has. I was afraid to fix it myself so I went to the live chat they have in Fixya.com and the expert help me do the fixing step by step... FOR FREE.

Anyway I just wanted to comment on that and I am really happy that my Camera is working!!!
