Thanks for asking. Question to you... Quote:
Which is it? You want something to do that's relaxing or something that gets your adrenaline going? Michael Ross |

![]() Woody,
I guess I'm a workaholic... I usually switch to another kind of work to relax! I'm learning that's bad. So I'm trying to intersperse short bouts of exercise through the day since 1. More than 10 minutes bore me. 2. I read recently that 10 minutes 3 x per day has the same effect long term as 30 minutes once per day. Even if there's some loss, I'm more likely to do 10 minutes at a time. Some is better than nothing. 3. I used to read fictional stuff like Tom Clancy but it's all becoming less like fiction and more like the news! 4. I'm also trying to do the same with prayer and bible reading. 5. Setting my watch's alarm at key times prompts me to do some of this stuff. E.g. if you go to bed at 10, set the alarm for 9 to cue you to do something "relaxing"... like reading that distracting book you want to read, etc. Sorry those aren't too adrenaline pumping. But maybe you need to do some relaxing a little every day so you don't blow a gasket when you go full bore. Chuck Huckaby Broke From. The Death of Adsense? Try Sure Fire Success System..
