I think free IQ is a very good idea for a classified website. (Yes - its nothing but a classified website with a lot more features.)

* Free content attracts visitors.
* Free content providers can sell their other products too.
* And there is an affiliate program that gives people an incentive to promote the website.

Something that can be done for a niche too.

Brad Fallon is pretty good at online marketing - so I won't be surprised if he beats youtube for some of the niches (not the fun or weird videos category - but informative video niches) after a few months.
