Tray Liner Printer

I recently put together my first tray liner deal with a major fast food franchise in my area. I had my printer lined up, quote in and agreeable. This printer prints mega thousands for this very franchise. Mine however have ads. When they got my final for printing, the president of the compnay says he can't print it. Now I'm in a bind. There has been another company mentioned on SOWpub in the past. The problem here is the service is awful. I can't get any answers and I need to get these printed and delivered by the end of the year.

My question is, does anyone with experience in this area have a printer they can recomend (USA)? Any help is greatly appriceated.
