Hey, gang.

I'm just getting ready to launch (yet another) new project. I know that a lot of you-- like myself-- are into real estate investing.

I want the site to be an unbiased resource where the pro's and cons of courses can be discussed.

But I want to get some initial reviews/discussions started by people, so that when I start buying traffic, there will be some content.

Who's the chick on the home page - your new bride, or some anonymous model simply for curb appeal value?

I imagine it's the latter - which makes sense ... I'd much rather see her than you - all do respect :) (some guys just don't get it - they're vain enough to put their own mug on the front of their website as if that's going to KEEP someone there... man oh man)

Actually,

I used to have a German girlfriend who looked a lot like the woman on my site.

The woman on the web site is just a clip art model.

My wife looks a lot like a mix between Wynona Ryder and Audrey Hepburn.

Man oh man! Anyway the site's great - I can't wait until it gets more populated ...(I would have added some reviews, but I haven't any experience with any).

You knew I'd pop up eventually. *g* Great start to the site. I'll post some reviews but I gotta get my e-book project finished first. If I don't my wife will kill me. *g*

Once that's done, I'll be back on the project I e-mailed you about a few months back.
