traffic exchanges

I've been using TEs for several months and I'm just wondering If all the clicking is worth the effort. If it is then which ones are the best? Can someone help me?

No - Traffic Exchanges on the whole are not worth it.

You can better spend your time on:

1. Article submissions
2. Social media marketing
3. Creating more content

I only use two.. Instant Buzz (which is just a tool bar and doesn't require any clicking,) and Traffic Swarm.

Every once in awhile I get a sale, but not often. However, considering it's the only way I have to advertise my Lotto System, it works better than nothing.
