Facebook photos are giving me the "travel bug"...

Ahh... the wonders of Facebook...

One Australian friend of mine married an American actress and former Hollywood stunt lady, and they're currently honeymooning in Hawaii... My friend has a great sense of humor, so reading his photo captions always bring laughs...

A second cousin of mine (from Montana) is currently vacationing with his wife with the wild animals in Namibia (southern Africa)...

Everyone is different, but I love travel. The experience of new scenery, new experiences, and even new cultures can be exhilarating (as well as sometimes frustrating)...

I just thought I'd "vent" here and spout out some thoughts on the weekend...

Thanks Dien for talking about traveling

I've tried to design my lifestyle so that I can spend 6 months traveling and spend the other 6 months in India. So far, its been great (with a few challenges.)

I don't have to find work / life balance. I have to find work / travel balance . While traveling, I seldom work more than 20 hours a week. So it means a lot of outsourcing and delegation (and frustration when things inevitably get delayed as you have to rely on others). Focusing on the most important 20% of the work. Saying no to a lot of opportunities. Replying to emails 8-9 days after receiving it. Things can get challenging.

But its been the best year of my life.
