How the Mafia is benefiting from the coronavirus...

I saw a news report or something like that a few days ago...

About how the Mafia is benefiting from the coronavirus, in Sicily...

In a nutshell:

Many small businesses are hurting. They need funds to survive...

The Mafia swoops in - and provides loans...

Of course, what does that mean?

Now, those businesses are in debt to the Mafia...

The Mafia increases its control...

And they will be siphoning off a lot more than the value of those loans from those businesses in the future...

I'm sure this is not only happening in Sicily...
