![]() Is anyone here investing in real estate? I've been recently thinking about getting a piece of land since it's getting cheaper, but on the other hand the times are quite uncertain and I'm not sure if this is the best idea. What do you think about this? I'd be grateful for some tips.

Depends on your INTENT. Flip it in a few for profit? Build or live on it? Suburban/Rural/ out of state? I don't think it can be a bad idea, as long as you have a purpose for it. As for general RE investments, I learned 10 years ago from Bud Riggs, that owning mobile homes and flipping them was a real cash cow. As of today, it is hard to beat owning mobile homes, especially nicer ones or the more isolated areas. Where would you be investing and for what purpose? Gordon |

![]() You are right. This depends on the location.
