P.S. - WE Did the Same thing when CVS sued a client for building a 2nd
Drug Store. (As agreed in contract - 10 miles from the one he sold them)

Advice from a Billionaire was.

BAD Publicity.

Big companies can't stand it.

So.

My client and I wrote articles and took ads in the local Newspaper.
Where he was already a Regular Writer .

Marched outside CVS with a PROTEST Sign.

BIG CVS
Is
Picking on
Little Me.

Which got TV and Radio Coverage.

CVS quit their lawsuit.

Thanks for remembering the coin trick.

This was taught to me by magic illusion builder and inventor, Ben Stone. I lived down the street from him when I was in college. I helped him with a few things in his workshop and he told me many stories about famous magicians. He was a personal friend of J. B. Bobo mentioned below.

The effect is in the book, Modern Coin Magic by J. B. Bobo. Again, it is called the Kneezy Vanish.

Basically what happens is you vanish a coin using sleight-of-hand. Then you offer to do it again. This time, when you vanish the coin, it is apparently really gone.
