Gordon - thanks for the resource - some good ideas there.

Here's an idea for you somewhat related to your "Man with a Van" concept. How about "Kiosks for Hire" per one of the retail trends in Entrepreneur. You supply the carts to would be retailers and negotiate the space, they pay you rent.

I'm sure it's being done, but probably not in local, small markets. Another leveragable possibility, perhaps?
