The article leads in with the following quote from Norman Thomas, 1936 presidential candidate on the Socialist ticket...

"The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism, but under the name of liberalism they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program until one day America will be a socialist nation without ever knowing how it happened."

... it mentions the law suit filed against Dubya and Rummy by a group which includes 12 members of the House of Representatives!
