Default 7 words one should meditate with, think on, and USE.

The discussion here about AI use is typical across the Internet groups for would be, wanna be, and experienced marketers. And AI is here to stay. As some members have pointed out, it has been very useful in their businesses and a help with many tasks. So, I'm NOT anti-AI (I use it daily), but feel that it could serve better purposes for many Internet Marketers.

What I notice is, that it is being hyped (as all new tech does) as a short cut or a substitute for effort, work and often as a "let it do all the work" and you snooze on beach after sipping mai-tais.

Anyhow. Use AI however you want.

What I have today is a sentence. 7 Words.

7 Words if understood, can give you a never ending fountain of cash flow, for decades even.

What are these 7 "magic" words?

SELL SOMETHING PEOPLE WANT/NEED TO BUY

7 words, each requiring some thought. Let us start in the middle with NEED/WANT. People need groceries, food to eat; they don't NEED McDonald's fries, Harry and David Pears, or Mrs. Fields' Cookies. These are WANTS.

As a marketer, and my experience may differ from yours, but as a lone wolf, small potatoes guy, a fly low collect the dough sort of fellow, I prefer to sell wants. Others, like friend of the forum Harvey Brody, and his ZOOM SPOUT oiler, sells needs.

There is no better, no right or wrong, no great difference, both give results to those that follow the other words in this magic sentence.

TO BUY. It implies a transaction, you should infer that it means someone giving you money for what you are selling. I make the assumption, and suggest you do too, that my target customer can buy...that is; they have the money to complete the transaction. I have always tried to avoid the poor, and the in debt folks, even though many sell get out of debt stuff quite profitably...my preference is to sell to BUYERS (who have shown a propensity to spend on similar items).

SELL. It can get over complicated, it keeps marketers, copywriters and whole support industry alive; it has secrets, methods, formulas, years of studying human behavior, NLP, persusaion tricks, tactics, etc., etc.

Or it can be a cardboard sign that says: "TV FOR SALE. $50.00" (which is exactly what I've used).

I'll come back to SELL, but now the PEOPLE.

It is my deep opinion, this is where it all starts and should end, with WHO are or who is the person you are offering the SOMETHING to?

The biggest mistake I see for would be Internet Marketers is: they take little to no time to identify their ideal customer and that includes where to find them and what to say to them. This may be the great leverage point of all monetary transactions. WHO? WHERE? WHAT YOU SAY TO THEM?

Answer those 3 questions and you are off to the races.

Now PEOPLE are not just people, but I use it as an entity; it could be a business, a municipality, any Gov't entity, a corporation of small or huge numbers. So, when you think of your target market, don't forget those "people" who spend millions of dollars on buying their "needs" too.

The SOMETHING may be the last thing, or it could be the first. Beginners tend to put it first, they have something to sell; their own, an affiliate thing, or owned by someone else and they get in the middle of the transaction.

Because so many new IMer's start with the SOMETHING, they struggle because now they have to find the buyers, and in addition to that, they have to begin the SELL, the sales process can get quite complicated in many instances.

For what it is worth, I almost always suggest a newbie start with BUYERS, who have shown they have the money to buy, have a willingness to buy, and even best; they buy often. When you begin with EXISTING BUYER first, it makes the rest of it, especially the SELL, so much easier. They come to you PRESOLD and ready to buy, you just need the right words on your cardboard sign.

Now, of course, AI can help with most of these steps, but what is it that puts money into your pocket, the fastest, quickest and best of all REPEATEDLY...and that is where you need to sick your AI dawgs on them.
