Thanks for the info. I guess what I hate about mailing sales messages are: * It's an art and it has the learning curve of an art; * It's expensive; * It's based on you finding the prospect instead of on the prospect finding you. I see why DM people learn about the lifetime values of customers--it's very difficult to make an initial profit. Just my two cents. - Boyd |
