Keeping a journal is a wonderful idea.... I also keep a journal -- though it is more of an "ideas" journal.... It's interesting to sometimes go back and see how the train of my thoughts have developed over time.... I know I don't lose my ideas, because if I ever want to look at them again they are right there in the journal. And Julie.... I also always feel a surge of excitement and optimism after reading anything you write too.... :) Dien |
