Default Excellent Article..I wonder

if this online auction is in it's infancy
and where it will eventually take us? It
seems many auctioneers did better than the
dot bombers...
what do you think?

. well that's the sub title of an article

Default Tony Lama ..ouch!

Excellent observation Don....
but I just had to respond to the Tony Lama
boot thing because my sister collects those
expensive boots(she has every color & style)...now what's interesting:
she's in debt because of those darn boots...And
to boot: not rich by any stretch of the imagination(unless she decides to sell them on
ebay)
(smile)...

But, they are the best boot money can buy...

You: "I have "trained myself to be super
observant".

Sounds like the beginning of a new course ...

Default Now WHY is this?

My mom observed the same thing of men, and the hands of the women. Why do they take care of their feet so well? They can dress like crap, but have the best shoes money can buy? Guess for some I can see, they want comfort, but others?? WHY?

The hands are very visible and it's a status
symbol for some to have beautiful nails...

In the african culture many of the "richer"
people in the tribe collect necklaces and the
more necklaces and adornment the more status
you have ....

I wonder if the "rich" have been told from
birth people will notice your shoes...

your question is an interesting one and raises
the issue: other than comfort and practicality
what is the significance of shoes?

I know Bob Barker(commentator for the "price
is right") is a vegan and does not wear leather
shoes...now I wonder what type of "expensive"
plastic he's wearing on his feet (smile)....

Why do they take
