Ezine Directory Submissions

I tried the search feature, but didn't come up with much.

Is there a benefit to submitting an ezine to various directories?

My guess is that it's probably not time well spent without knowing which directories are worth it?

I just recently got into the ezine arena (11/2) and after reading plenty of "how-to's", I'm unsure as to which efforts will produce quality results.

I realize the questions are broad, but any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
