Is this true, Jason Hatchett? Is the car odor report still available?

Now I took a tool-kit to San Diego and was able to make sales the day I got there. I used a neon bright 4 X 6 card cut in half and stuck it in car windows with dirty headlights.

Could you go into more detail about this? Conversion rates, what the card said, etc.

Not a lot of detail, but,

The 1/2 card said.

HEADLIGHTS CLEANED.

Your Left ___ Right ___
Both____ Headlight(s)
Need Cleaned
Call 555-1212
University Hts. Area

Only ________
FREE Sealer if Cleaned by
_______

Or a variation of that.

I carried them in my pocket and put them in the driver's window. I walked to coffee shop and park every day, took a different route and
put them on the cars that needed them.

Don't know how many I went through. Did enough to keep me
as busy as I wanted to be.

Prices varied depending on cars. Some, only needed ONE headlight, due to how they parked.
If they were out, like on a Saturday AM, I did a quick test, and then sold them.

The area I was in, University Hts. is a dense population with thousands of cars, I could probably work just there for a year and still not cover it.

NOW, with the 3 minute process, I'll do it a little differently. TEST some things out, but I will probably stick with my neon cards.

Gordon

PS I filled in the blanks on the spot, varied prices and times. Went as high as 60 as low as 10...20 seems to be the sweet spot.

I do have a question...

If you were to buy the tutorial from Bozo, would you then be allowed to teach others how to do it? Teaching as in verbally telling people how to or teaching as in selling the information, not necessarily selling the tutorial itself but re-writing it in your own words?

Eva, the manual has a copyright that supposedly protects me from people copying and reselling the information.

If you bought the manual, learned the process, actually did a hundred or so sets of lights yourself, then you'd have your own experience to write about, and your own knowledge to share. Also, once you have put in the work to gather the information, and the work of putting it all together into a product, it's very likely your whole view of copyright would change markedly.

If you merely rewrite in 'your own words', without knowing what its really all about, then I would consider that a copyright violation. Not that that means much these days.

It does to me, that's why I asked. Not really into cleaning headlights but it seems to be a model that works for you. I know several people that would be interested but can't even fork up the money required for the tutorial. Just trying to figure if there was anything I could do for them,

Hi Eva,

I was helping to sell the earlier version of the manual. We had some people who told us that they were buying it as a gift to give to someone. Buying the manual as a gift for their teenage or young adult son (who was having trouble finding work) seemed to be relatively common. (I don't remember anyone saying they were buying it for their daughter, but there's no reason why not!)

Best wishes,

Dien

Pay it forward....

Buy the manual for one or two of them with the understanding that they too will pay it forward from their initial profits to one or two of the others you know.

Good begets good, if not immediately then somewhere down the line....it NEVER goes unacknowledged.
