What do Companies Need???

Hello All,

On my desk, I have a list of 800 companies before me that I purchased from the local Chamber. I as flip through this list over and over, I begin to ask myself, what services do each of these companies need? The reason I ask this is because I am trying to find a niche that I can service each of these companies with; thereby, starting my own company.

So far, I have the following:

- Employee Recruiting services
- Property, Real Estate Services
- Employee Recognition Programs (did this already, way to saturated and minimal profits)
- Computer Support and Installation services
- Recycling Programs
- Document Destruction
- Protecting Intellectual Property
- Security Services
- Vending Machines
- Office Supplies
- Cleaning Services
- Window Cleaning
- Marketing
- ???

If you have any further ideas or even resources that list what businesses need, or that you can think of, please reply and add to the list.

It's not what they need. It's what they want. Try to look at companies from this angle. Then you will be able to uncover what they need, so you can fulfill their wants.

A good accountant or a treasurer that will keep you posted on your bills, payroll and expenses. In this way, you can track your monthly expenses and how will you put your money in a good cycle.

Start your own unique Referral organization because there isn't a service, product or business that they don't need...
