Default Be Wearier Of Whom You Buy From

Greetings Dien, Gordon and the Group,

I am posting this at several business websites to be a warning of how some will lure you to their website by posting supposed success stories, to win your confidence, then take advantage of you by grabbing your money, but never deliver on their promises.

After about a month of emails back and forth, with excuses and pretending to not know what I was referring to, this individual refunded my money claiming I wanted to Re-sell their material. I didn't. I wanted to put it to the test to see if it was more viable streams of income.

But the long and short of it is he didn't think I would request his bonuses per his report's instructions and continue to follow up when he wouldn't respond. I followed the instructions to the letter but he delayed and delayed repeatedly until he was forced to refund my money.

Sadly, I've defended this person in the past. Today there is validly to the claims that this person should not be trusted.

Default MUST Be the SAME Person that *I* Ordered From!

Hi Woody,

Thank you for posting this.

This is EXACTLY the SAME Thing that *I* Warned others
about when I ordered one of his 'specials' back in Sept.
(I believe) 2005.

There was a "Hurricane Katrina Specail" posted Here and
on a few other forums by this 'individual' that was supposed
to send 2 trucks with Toilet Paper to the victims of
Hurricane Katrina in LA.

One difference between YOUR Refund and MINE, though, is
that this individual THREATENED Me and My Family and
harm to My Property, as well...

HE did the offering for the Refund w/ a BAD ATTITUDE when
ALL I ASKed for was to answer 5 SIMPLE Q's that related to
the poorly put together 'report' and he could only answer 1
of the Q's...

Once he offered the Refund, he DISAPPEARED from ANY FORM
of Contact (via phone and email.)

You Might end UP having to get a charge back 'cause that is
what *I* had to do...

Be careful, 'cause he's probably going to SLANDER YOU and
say that he sent something 'more glowing' than it was...
... and that you probably work at a Motel 6 or something...

Good Luck getting your money back!

Thanks,
Christopher

Thanks for your input. As for this person threatening me or my family, publicly or privately, won't effect me as mush as it will effect them.

Being that I use to be a vendor for the Federal government, I've kept in touch with many of my old clients.

I contacted one of my friends that works for Homeland Security, the Tallahassee Field Office, and he told me how to handle this matter, should threats be made.

No, I'm in Tallahassee, the State's Capital. Tampa is south of us about 3-4 hours away.

You asked for refund because you did not get bonuses?

I never asked for a refund. It started with not getting his reports. It took a week of asking and eventually he emailed them to me.

On the last page of his report he offers free bonuses and all I had to do is send him an email stating that I am satisfied and he would email me the bonuses.

After nearly 2 weeks and no bonuses, I began inquiring as to where they were. That's when he told me to be patient and that I would get my bonuses eventually.

Next thing I know, he's issued me a refund and accused me of wanting to resell his material. What he failed to remember is that I asked him if he had an affiliate program in place like Jim Straw.

He never got back with me on that matter. That's too bad, because I would have promoted his material to my lists. But that won't happen now.

So you do not ask for refund. The seller can not deliver the bonus. So he gives a refund with out you asking. And then you complain on forum? You got product for free. Be happy.

What's to be happy about? No product or amount of money can replace this salesman's integrity.

What's to be grumpy about? You did not get bonus. You got refund. Giving refund if you can not deliver product shows integrity.
