Just completed my first "real" domain/site sale.

Since I'm not real swift at site building, I found someone that could build 'em pretty quickly.

Sold one of my domains Saturday for $75, and just sold a package deal for $200.

Still a bit shy of what you're getting, but I've already been contacted by another guy that wants me to try and sell some of his sites for him.

Just might be some money in this yet! (Hopefully enough to get a REAL computer in a couple of weeks.)

Oh well, back to work.

These websites you get built... they contain articles and whatnot about the subject matter. Was that correct?

What I'm doing is buying a domain name that I've built through research, building a "quickie" website filled with relevant content and AdSense, then offering the package for sale.

Sometimes, the buyer doesn't care about the site. Case in point.. FishLikeThePros.com was put up Monday. I sold the domain name only on Wed. for $75, as the buyer had no interest at all in the site. Said he was taking it in a "different direction".

This morning I sold a domain/website combo for $200 with non-exclusive rights to the site template. It was a Search Engine submission site.

I've sold enough that my wife is even getting excited!

In fact, she's SO excited, she's "advanced" me $300 to go with the $250 I've got saved up over the last two week's sales so I can purchase a new computer.

Bought a new piece of software over the weekend and I can put together a website full of PLR articles and AdSense in just under 60-seconds for 40+ pages.

The short answer to why you are not getting as much per domain as I am is: I am a little more selective in choosing the domain names.

Can't go more in depth over here because it goes into the core of the report and it would be a dis-service to people who have already invested in the report.

What report are you talking about? Can I get a copy? How much?

"None', says I. 'I just transferred it all into my checking account."

This morning, returning from town she says... "I just put $350 in our checking account. Get online and order your new computer. You can pay me back the $350 next month."

Yes, it's true! I'm coming out of the dark ages. My 6-year-old "home-grown" puter with Win98 is leaving town, replaced by a snazzy new what-cha-ma-call-it with a flat screen monitor and Windows XP even.

Now if I can just figure out how to turn it on...

Hi Woody.

It was a short 14 page report on the system I use to buy and sell domain names. I had made 150 copies of the report available. Had limited it so that there wouldn't be a gazillion people doing the same thing online.

All the copies sold out within 4 days. Unfortunately, the report is not available any more and there are no plans to come up with another product on domain names.
