I know I asked this before -- but I can't find it again...
... and this may be a dumb question.
How would you suggest getting the local "new movers" list(s)? Thanks. -- TW (my daughter wanted me to include the emoticon). |

Re: I know I asked this before -- but I can't find it again...
TW, You can check with your local Courthouse and / or City Hall. Often they can provide you with a recent list of all new move-ins.
However digging the names and addresses up yourself can be time consuming so you may want to consider outsourcing it by purchasing a list from a list broker who specializes in obtaining names and addresses of new move-ins sorted by zip code. In the past I’ve had good results by purchasing lists of new residents from: John Thomas & Associates National New Resident Service 1202N 75th Street, #188 Downers Grove, IL. 60516 He offers EVERYTHING you need to start and operate your own “new resident service” business. His website is: www.realisticwealthbusiness.com Like any of the programs in Don Alms Midas report a new resident service is best sold by cold calling on local business owners. John provides some really great direct sales letters and phone scripts. His material really helped my wife and I out with our “Welcome Basket Business” that I’ve included in my updated version of Don's Midas report!
