Default A new trend to help grownups "play"...

Many people are simply not getting enough exercise!

Perhaps this next apparent trend might help... It's the creation of...

...playgrounds for grownups!

It's a little like a cross between a free outdoor gym, and a kids playground - though one where grownups can play, too!

Apparently it's catching on in Canada... it could catch on elsewhere, too!

You can read more about it here...

http://www.canada.com/health/Playgro...200/story.html

One company that builds these is "GreenGym" in Canada...

http://www.greengym.ca

I just thought that was an interesting (and positive) piece of news...

Best wishes,

Dien

That's a nice idea - and I'm sure there must have been enough dry weather here in the UK for the equipment to get some use. :O

Seriously, though, that's a great way to get families outdoors together and having some fun.

Hi Margaret,

Cornell of www.sowpub.com suggested I introduce myself to you.

I understand that you're based in Scotland?
I'm living in Waterford, Ireland.

I own a printing business, but my main passion is Internet Marketing etc.

I see that you have an online 'gift' business.

Regards

John

That's really cool!

I've been listening to the audio version of this book:
http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_no...nger+next+year

Every baby boomer should read it if they want to be younger and are willing to pay the price.
But the thing is... if you choose to pay it... you will enjoy incredible benefits... if you choose
not to pay the price you will surely suffer consequences you could have avoided.

Check out the videos at: http://www.youngernextyear.com/videos/

The book is not only educational... but it's also funny and entertaining!

Cheers,
Steve

Hi, John - well, nice to meet you too - yes we run a small gift and coffee shop - and do a fair bit of online selling as well. We're finding the economic conditions challenging - but at least we've managed to get more than one string to our bow ....

Regards
Margaret
