Greeting Chris,

A self-running business is any business that you own, but have others doing all the work.

I understand this is just a basic definition, but it should give you an idea of how to look at your current business and look for ways where you can find those that can work in your place. All you have to do is oversee the operation.

Hi Woody,

Thanks for responding.

Yes, I understand the concept, but I believe that Jim's was
specifically geared towards referral systems and/or lead generation systems,
if I'm Not Mistaken.

For Example;
(Dang if I can't find that post of His... )
He mentioned something about a specific type of ladder that gets installed inside the house to reach the attic.
(again, I WISH that I can find His post!)
He knew where to get them at a good price,
hired someone to do the installations,
(I believe that it was an already established company,)
and found the customers.
The Link between the Customers and the Business that
He hired to install them may have been a secretary to track things?
(again, I'm not sure 'cause I can't Find that Stinkin' Post!)

But, basically, that was the sum and substance...

I'm curious about His methods of getting the customers
(being the link between the 'Worker Bees' and the Customers.)
(along with how He comes up with the ideas, as well...)

Any experience or knowledge on this?

Thanks.

Christopher
