I knew a guy who worked at an ad agency for 3 years.
Their business co-ordinator was always there to cheer them up.
Carry drinks.
Get them lunch.
Do shopping and chores so they could meet deadlines.
When the ad agency was sold for a HUGE SUM --
He was SHOCKED to learn that the lowly co-ordinator was the OWNER of the ad agency...
Seems that keeping people Enthusiastic and positive is VERY PROFITABLE - even in corporate situations....
As long as the corporate types don't catch the Optimistic person.
