Hi,
The obvious thing to do is to get a lawyer that specializes in contracts but there is another option. The king of these type of deals is Jay Abraham and if you go to http://www.abraham.com/products/index.html you'll find his 'Contrract Book'. At about $500.00 it's a bit pricey but it contains 38 contracts. It used to be available on ebay but I haven't seen it offered in the last year.
