Thanks for the memories.
I recall Denny's when I was in the USA over a decade ago. I remember consistently ordering their Hot Chocolate - it was winter after all.:D Don't remember what else I had, but the hot chocolate sticks in my mind.
Also, at one Denny's the waiter added a Service Charge!
What's that for?
You're Australian and you Aussies don't tip so I added it to the bill!
Result... not paid and no tip for the Hide of the man. Backfired on him big time. Everywhere else, we Tipped, as you do.
