This tells you the government can do anything it wants. If this doesn't scare the holy crap out of you, nothing will.
What I don't get is, why can't some of these "human experiments" they're conducting on us be positive?
Instead of trying to spray everyone in a city with bacteria, like they did in San Francisco... Why can't the government do an "experiment" and see what happens when, in the morning, everyone finds free chocolate on their doorstep? Who knows, the results of such an experiment could be useful in places like Iraq, too!
