Thanks for sharing that! It's amazing what you can do with some creativity and "chutzpah"! I think looking or sounding authoritative can be pretty important to success.... Most people seem to judge on surface appearances, and if you don't "look" or "sound" the part, they think you can't be important. Also, notice that his "down side" was generally pretty small.... He managed to arrange things so his risk was minimal, because he had no money in his venture to lose! I thought the way he sold his packages - through booked-out hotels - was the most ingenious stroke of all.... Above all - he recognized a BIG problem many people were going to have - and he solved it for them. Thanks - incredible story.... :) That's one to save for future reference! - Dien Rice |
