Dien, Michael here's an idea

...this is similar to what I was alluding to in an earlier post that I made (see thread below):

- People who sign for 12-months get a "bonus" with their subscription (the bonus being access to back issues)

- People will be enticed to take out a long term subscription which is better for you.

It's a classic "win-win" situation!
